No matter what the weather is like outside you will find a warm, friendly
atmosphere at Model Farm Country House.
There will be log and coal fires, good
food and genuine hospitality. We offer a traditional style Christmas with candlelit
dinners.

Christmas Eve
Arrive in time for afternoon tea. Relax in the house and grounds before your four
course dinner - light the candles on the Christmas tree. For those who wish to
attend a midnight service, transport to our local parish church will be provided.
On your return mince pies and mulled wine will be served.

| Christmas Day
|
|
After a leisurely breakfast, if the weather is good, take in the fresh air with a walk
or take part in a treasure hunt around the house or garden and raise an appetite
for our traditional Christmas feast by the log fire. Afternoon tea with mince pies and Christmas cake will be available followed later
by a buffet supper if required.

| Boxing Day
|
|
After breakfast it is time to explore the countryside, play indoor games or boule in
the grounds. A buffet or packed lunch can be provided by prior arrangement.
Afternoon tea with crumpets, toast and homemade preserves will be available
and in the evening a four course candlelit dinner will be served.

|
|
After breakfast depart for your homeward journey.

New Years Eve 2007
If you love good food, genuine hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere, then Model Farm Country House is the ideal venue for your New Years Eve celebration.
Join a select group of diners around our oak refectory table for a 5 course gourmet, candle lit dinner. Alternatively celebrate with family and friends and book as a house party.
Afternoon tea will be served from 3 to 4.30pm
Drinks and canapés at 7.30pm
5 course dinner at 8.00pm
Toast in the New Year with a glass of Champagne at Midnight.
New Years Day
Breakfast will be served from 9 to 10.30am
Price £100.00 per person, which includes a drink from the bar with the canapés and a glass of Champagne at Midnight. Other drinks such as wines and spirits may be purchased as required.
